B.S.P.-Character Building/Diversity & Inclusion

Our program is designed to help youth build, sharpen and promote their character attributes through: coaching and mentorship (BUILDING), educational and enrichment opportunities (SHARPENING), and accountability standards and expectations (PROMOTING).

Youth will engage with connected leaders and volunteers for a minimum of 6 months that will allow them the opportunity to: Develop humility, develop principles and values, practice self-discipline, and be held accountable. 

Through this program, we impact  youth (ages 8-17) in the North Carolina and Virginia areas. Our program incorporates Diversity and Inclusion in our efforts. And Additionally, we incorporate Parental Enrichment activities that allow us the opportunity to engage Parents/Guardians with youth involved in our program.
