PROGRAMS

Our evidence based program is a structured life-skills and emotional intelligence program designed to empower justice-involved, at-risk, and delinquent females ages 8–19. The program incorporates the Botvin curriculum and focuses on developing healthy communication, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, empathy, stress management, and decision-making skills. 

Through guided discussions, experiential learning, and mentorship, participants learn to identify and manage emotions, strengthen judgment and impulse control, and build the resilience necessary to make positive life choices.

At its core, Project Refine emphasizes transformation; helping young women turn adversity into growth, restore confidence and self-worth, and refine the emotional and behavioral tools essential for long-term personal, academic, and social success.

This program is led by a qualified/certified professional.

Our evidence based program is aimed to support youth who have experienced sexual exploitation or human trafficking. This program offers a comprehensive, strengths-based approach to healing and protection by combining resilience-building support with advocacy, mentorship, and access to investigative services.

Through trusted partnerships and coordinated care, IRON STRONG helps uncover the truth, protect survivors from further harm, and support legal pathways toward justice. At its core, IRON STRONG equips youth to reclaim their identity, build emotional strength and honors youth’s dignity while fostering personal resilience towards their journey of restoration and independence.

This program is led by a Qualified/Certified Human Trafficking Investigator

F.O.R.G.E (Family Outreach, Resources, Guidance, Engagement): 

This program provides family-centered support services that integrate advocacy, resource connection, guidance, and engagement to strengthen family functioning, improve communication, support conflict resolution, and promote reunification when appropriate. The primary focus is on partnership, skill-building, and capacity development to foster safe, consistent interactions and long-term family stability. Additional services may include accompanying families to court or truancy-related meetings for support or advocacy, as well as supervised visitation to facilitate safe and consistent family interactions.

CONNECT WITH A CAREER EXPERT:

Young people interested in exploring various fields will have the opportunity to engage with professionals in their chosen industries, including leading experts in those areas. Available fields include: Media, Non-Profit, Retail, Business Ownership/Entrepreneurship, Medical Billing, Food Services, Social Work, Counseling, and more. 

RESUME/INTERVIEW SKILLS BUILDING: 

Young people have the chance to engage with retail store managers from prominent companies such as Walmart, Lowe's Home Improvement, and others to receive feedback on their resumes and learn how to improve them. They will also participate in mock interviews.
