F.O.R.G.E. (Family Outreach, Resources, Guidance & Empowerment)

F.O.R.G.E. is a consultant-led family empowerment program designed to strengthen communication, support conflict resolution, foster healthy relationships, and promote long-term family stability through advocacy, guidance, engagement, and strategic support.

In addition to direct support, F.O.R.G.E. provides consultation and collaborative assistance to DSS agencies, case managers, schools, community partners, and other service providers. Leveraging expertise in youth and adult mental health, family systems, community partnerships, program development, and resource coordination, the consultant serves as a bridge between families and service systems to promote communication, collaboration, and positive outcomes.

Services may include family advocacy, mediation and conflict-resolution support, participation in service meetings, consultation with case managers and providers, court-related support, systems coordination, and facilitated family interaction (when appropriate). F.O.R.G.E. serves as a collaborative partner to families and service teams, helping to bridge communication gaps, identify solutions, and promote coordinated support that fosters stability and long-term success.

Our evidence based program is aimed to support adult and youth survivors who have experienced sexual exploitation or human trafficking. This program offers a comprehensive, strengths-based approach to healing and protection by combining resilience-building support with advocacy, mentorship, and access to investigative services.

Through trusted partnerships and coordinated care, IRON STRONG helps uncover the truth, protect survivors from further harm, and support legal pathways toward justice. At its core, IRON STRONG equips youth to reclaim their identity, build emotional strength and honors youth’s dignity while fostering personal resilience towards their journey of restoration and independence.

This program is led by a Qualified/Certified Human Trafficking Investigator

This program focuses on helping individuals build a stronger foundation within themselves through self-awareness, confidence, personal accountability, purpose, resilience, and intentional growth. Participants are guided in understanding who they are, recognizing their strengths, overcoming internal barriers, and developing the mindset and skills needed to make positive, purposeful choices. 

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversations, and individualized skill development, Project Refine helps individuals build the inner strength needed to navigate challenges, overcome personal barriers, establish healthy boundaries, and move forward with greater confidence, direction, and purpose.
